Trigger History Overview

Copy a Trigger Mailing in the History

Trigger History is the section of the deactivated Trigger Mailings. You can find it under Mailings > Trigger Mailings > Trigger History. However, you may reuse the content by clicking on the ‘copy Mailing’ icon (fig. 1). This creates a new draft and you will be redirected to the Trigger Drafts section.

Delete a Trigger Mailing

You have the option to delete Trigger Mailing permanently from Trigger History. This can be done by clicking on the red circle (fig. 2), after which you will be prompted to confirm the deletion in a pop-up window (fig. 3).
