Nutzung des Dashboards
General Information
Above the tabs that display the Maileon main menus, you can see your user name, language selection and account name. If required, you can set a different language for the interface by clicking on the language shortcut. Flags are displayed in the pop-up for you to choose from. The corresponding language is displayed when you move your mouse over the individual flags.

Clicking on the account name allows you to switch to another of your accounts, if available. You can log out of your account using the button at the top right of the screen. On the right-hand side of the page header, between the account switch and the logout button, there is a link to this support portal (“Online help”) and the option to send a direct request to the support team (“Support”).
The functions of the Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to create and customise your individual overview of various topics. You will find the dashboard under the first tab START > Overview. At the beginning, this space is empty. Start to customise the view by clicking on the linked text „Add individual information boxes“ next to the wrench symbol (fig. 2).
The main sections of the dashboard provide information about shipments, your account and included tools. Below this, you will find numerous information boxes that you can select for your dashboard view by clicking on the respective checkbox.
The main categories are:
- Mailing information
- Account Information
- Tools
- Reports & Analytics
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Adding of information boxes
Fig. 2: Maileon dashboard without information boxes.
Clicking on the linked text „Add individual information boxes“ next to the wrench icon opens a pop-up window that offers you all available information boxes to choose from. Select the desired information boxes by ticking the checkboxes next to the labels.
Fig. 3: Select the desired information boxes for your dashboard.
Complete your selection by clicking on the “customize overview” button. The dashboard now displays the selected information boxes:

Sorting of information boxes
You can sort your information boxes easily per drag & drop:
Fig. 5: Drag the information box to the desired position and drop it there.
Click on the top line of the box and drag it to the desired position. While you drag the box, it will appear slightly transparent. Release the mouse button to drop the box. The remaining boxes will automatically arrange themselves so that no gaps remain:
